I recently watched the film Julia and Julia, a film about Julia Childs, an American chef/cook, author and television personality who "introduced" french cuisine and their cooking techniques to the American audience. I found the story unique. Based on two true stories, it intertwines

Child's cooking profession with that of a girl and her aspirations to cook through Julia Child's entire cookbook, while at the same time documenting this through her online blog. Her goal - to create all of the recipes in it within a year.



They both discover that with the right combination of passion, fearlessness and (of course) butter, anything is possible.

There is something so sensual and passionate about cooking Food both cooking and eating. From the most simple thing of cooking an egg to creating boeuf bourguignon - all of the senses are involved. Seeing, Feeling, Tasting, Hearing, Smelling...Passion.
